A Yale School of Medicine researcher has reported that cosmetic surgery patients who are under anesthesia for more than four hours do not suffer more complications than patients who are under for shorter durations. This directly refutes actions taken by states like Pennsylvania and Tennessee, which have mandated that

WCBS in New York went undercover to expose a perk that's offered to members of the military: free cosmetic surgery. In the year 2003, there were about a thousand procedures performed, including liposuctions, face lifts, and breast augmentations (the soldiers do pay the cost of implants).
